Our Process

OUR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TEAM will collaborate with you and the key decision makers, on all the critical parts of your project.  This starts with a detailed review of your design, drawings, and specifications, as well as any specialized equipment, fixtures or special needs to be incorporated with your interior build out.

ESTIMATING will create a detailed quote that covers all aspects of your scope.  This is where our “One Stop Shop” philosophy starts to take action.  We will either supply all interior finishes and components required for the project, or work closely with your preferred trades and suppliers, to ensure all technical aspects of the build out have been covered before we start any production.

A PROJECT MANAGER will be assigned to you and your team to support you on the day-to-day updates of your work site and to react to any sudden needs.  Daily reporting back to the team ensures efficiency, quality, and success with your project.

Our DESIGN department will start by interpreting your design into shop drawings with details.  This is an invaluable tool and resource to you, your designer, and your client.  We are always available to answer any questions on the construction and assemblies of every part and piece of your project.

At the same time our PROCUREMENT department will start sourcing your specified materials for your project.  This will ensure we have the right products at the right time.  Post pandemic supply chain shortages have made us pay close attention to this area, more so than in the past.  We will report any shortages or delays with options to ensure your project stays on schedule.

Our ENGINEERING department will convert all your approved shop drawings to be optimized and programmed for production.  This is just another step for close analysis of every component of your project.  All of this happens in conjunction with your site and our project manager reporting all site conditions and measurements.

Our MANUFACTURING department takes all the finalized plans and breaks out all production needs and timelines, by area, stage, or access.  Manufacturing reviews that everything has been accounted for, and there are no gaps in information.  This ensures that we are efficient with deliveries and installation.

All while this is happening your project manager and sales person are REPORTING every milestone to you, and your team.

INSTALLATION will be scheduled by our installation and service department.  All aspects of the project will be co-ordinated by this team, as well as your project manager at Brunel.

After sales service is always available for you and your client. We have a fully equipped SERVICE DEPARTMENT and representatives available to your team.
